Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at scentizia124@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
